Job Summary: We are seeking an autonomous accounting and tax professional to handle comprehensive accounting management and fiscal coordination with external advisory services for a production services company. Handling of annual accounting closings International film and video production services company.**MISSION** ---------- We seek to hire a temporary contract employee for the company’s accounting and tax department, requiring autonomy and solid technical expertise, responsible for comprehensive accounting management and fiscal coordination with external advisory services.**RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------- * Recording all types of received invoices: + Ordinary and simplified invoices + Transactions subject to reverse charge mechanism + Intra-community transactions * Recording invoices issued by the company (services). * Monthly accounting reconciliation for the company: + Bank reconciliations + Cash counts + Supplier and customer reconciliations + Payroll review and reconciliation * Preparation of monthly and quarterly tax filings: + Monthly: Forms 303/322, 349 + Quarterly: Forms 111, 115, 123, 216, among others * Coordination and communication with external advisory services for final tax submissions. * Uploading, reviewing, and managing the Immediate Supply of Information (SII) to the Spanish Tax Agency. * Preparation and execution of the annual accounting closing. **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- * Education/Qualification required: Medium-level vocational training program * Professional Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience * Specific Knowledge: Accounting and tax knowledge * Software: Proficiency in Excel.
