**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a highly qualified instructor with practical experience in modern software development to design and deliver specialized training. The course aims to equip our development teams with the deep, secure, and methodological integration of Artificial Intelligence agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, and Copilot) into their daily workflows. Our approach: We do not seek purely theoretical or introductory AI training. We seek an instructor who views AI as a "capable executor governed by contracts", with a strong emphasis on security, strict traceability, and quality control in production environments handling sensitive data. **Responsibilities and Curriculum to Be Delivered** The instructor will be responsible for structuring and delivering the following key modules based on proven workflows: * Context Initialization and Management: Teaching project initialization using Claude.md or Agents.md files and initial module scanning techniques. Managing context persistence in \*.md files for long-term development and facilitating knowledge transfer among developers. * Layered Instruction Architecture: Defining a base "router" context, configuring specialized skills that the AI must consult for each task, and generating tooling guidelines so the AI acts upon written rules rather than conversational memory. * Plan-Based Development: Crafting detailed requests using direct references to business logic. Strategies for writing versioned plans and implementing them in small, systematically reviewed iterative steps. * Security Barriers and Checkpoints: Implementing manual validation pauses ("confirm with me"). Strictly defined execution rules: prohibition of direct commands on the host machine (use of controlled environments with Docker and Makefiles), and limits on reading secrets and editing history. * Validation, Testing, and Continuous Improvement: Designing automated test plans and static quality gates (Pest, PHPStan, Pint, CI pipelines). Automated evaluation of UI and integrations using the MCP protocol with browsers such as Chrome. Persisting solutions to recurring problems to continuously improve the agent. **Candidate Requirements** * Technical Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Senior Software Developer. * Generative AI Proficiency: Advanced and daily use of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, etc.). * Architecture and Standards: Deep knowledge of AI agent management and repository-level standard definition. * DevOps and Quality: Proficiency in containerized environments (Docker), automation tools (Makefiles), and pre\-commit/pre\-push hooks for code review.
