We are currently driving AI adoption within the company to improve internal processes, increase team productivity, and lay the foundation for new AI-based products and services. We seek an AI Engineer with initiative, autonomy, and enthusiasm for building real-world solutions that deliver direct business impact. You will collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deploy them into production. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and develop AI agents to automate internal and external processes. * Participate in defining the functional specifications of new AI-based solutions. * Integrate agents with existing applications, APIs, and corporate systems. * Design and implement RAG systems, integrating vector databases and semantic search to provide agents with relevant context. * Develop internal tools that will serve as the foundation for future customer-facing products. * Deploy and operate AI solutions in cloud environments. * Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to identify new automation opportunities. * Evaluate emerging technologies, models, and frameworks related to generative AI. **Offered Conditions:** * A positive work environment with a multicultural and international setting. * Job stability. * Flexible working hours. * Remote work for 2 days per week. * On-site position at our headquarters in Madrid, Vicálvaro. * Reduced working hours on Fridays. * Benefits: language classes, private health insurance, flexible compensation card, and access to Wellhub. * Opportunity to work in a company experiencing strong national and international growth. * Chance to join a young, high-performing, and highly specialized team. Personal conditions will be discussed directly with the selected candidate. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 1\-2 years of hands-on experience as an AI Engineer or developing complex AI solutions in production. * Minimum 4\-5 years of software development experience. * Practical experience building AI agents. * Knowledge of MCP. * Experience designing and implementing RAG systems, including vector databases and semantic search. * Experience designing multi\-agent systems and their respective architectures based on use case. * Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript as primary development languages. * Experience working with Docker. * Experience deploying applications or models on Azure and/or AWS. * Ability to work autonomously. * Product-oriented and problem-solving mindset. Ability to propose new ideas and drive them to execution. * **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks. * Experience working with leading foundational models such as Claude, GPT\-5, Codex, Gemini, and LLaMA. * Experience with PostgreSQL \+ pgvector, Azure AI Search, Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone, or equivalent technologies. * Experience building AI solutions in production environments.
