This is a role with strong emphasis on **coordination, documentation, and delivery tracking**, collaborating with an **external development team**. It is ideal for someone with experience in **digital products**, comfortable interacting with both technical and business stakeholders, and interested in further developing expertise in **APIs** and digital solutions. **What will your day-to-day look like?** ---------------------------- ### **Functional documentation and integrations** * Gather requirements together with various **business and technical stakeholders**. * Translate functional needs into **documentation** that facilitates development and **API-based integration**. * Create and maintain **functional documentation**, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure documentation accurately reflects the expected product behavior. ### **Product ownership and delivery tracking** * Act as the **functional point of reference for the product**, coordinating with the **Product Owner of the external development team**. * Ensure defined features are developed and delivered **on time and as specified**. * Validate that delivered solutions meet business needs and established **acceptance criteria**. * Facilitate communication between business and technology, aligning expectations and resolving functional questions throughout the development lifecycle. * Conduct **testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)** for developed features. **We are looking for someone who...** ----------------------------- * Has experience as a **Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role** in digital products. * Has worked closely with **development teams** in Agile environments. * Has experience in projects involving **API-based integrations**. * Is comfortable interacting with developers and understanding technical concepts (**REST APIs, JSON/XML, API contracts**, etc.), without requiring programming experience. * Is accustomed to managing **multiple stakeholders** and coordinating initiatives in complex environments. * Demonstrates a clear **delivery orientation** and focus on execution tracking. * Possesses excellent **communication, organizational, and documentation skills**. * Shows interest in **process automation** and using **AI tools** to improve productivity. **We especially value** ----------------------------- * Experience in **corporate environments** or large enterprises. * Knowledge of **frontend technologies** or experience collaborating with web development teams. * Experience in **digital experience optimization (CRO)**. * Participation in **process automation projects** or implementation of AI-based solutions.
