Minimum experience 3 years of experience operating flexographic machines up to 8 colors Experience in multinational environment and food packaging industry is a plus Minimum requirements Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (24/7\) Flexible person with ability to work in a team RESPONSIBILITIES: * Print reels using up to 8-color machines according to product specifications * Plan job changes according to the printing sequence established by the Planning Department and suggest variations to improve productivity * Prepare and record necessary ink mixtures to achieve defined Pantone colors * Change and adjust sleeves, engravings, and inks * Knowledge of colorimetry and water-based ink printing • Ink management * Knowledge of plate mounting, etc Operation of spectrophotometer High-level Spanish language skills required Join us to shape the future together!
