Therefore, we are seeking a Valet who, with passion and dedication, contributes to guest satisfaction by assisting in the cleaning and preparation of our guest rooms and common areas—ensuring consistently superior service quality: a **Valet** who stands out for their attention to detail, proactive and committed attitude, enjoyment of teamwork, and above all, placing the guest at the center of their work. **What will you do?** * Perform auxiliary cleaning and room/area preparation tasks across floors and public spaces. * Prepare, transport, and collect necessary cleaning and maintenance materials and products for guest rooms, as well as internal and external common areas. * Prepare meeting rooms, convention spaces, or event venues by cleaning designated areas and performing auxiliary tasks. * Report any irregularities, malfunctions, or damages identified in guest rooms to the department supervisor. * Safeguard forgotten items, reporting them and delivering them to the appropriate department in accordance with established protocols. * Maintain work equipment and service areas in optimal condition, ensuring cleanliness and order at all times. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and procedures. **Essential requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in similar roles, preferably in hotels of comparable or higher category. * Immediate availability and willingness to work rotating shifts. * Relevant professional training related to the position is valued.
