These challenges motivate us daily and fill us with passion and enthusiasm—two fundamental values shared by all individuals who form part of our company. We invite you to join these challenges, to grow both personally and professionally, and to unite your talent with ours to develop increasingly sustainable and innovative solutions in the construction sector. We prioritize continuous improvement and aim to generate a positive impact, always focused on creating a better future for everyone. And speaking of the future—shall we talk about yours? JOB DESCRIPTION Molins Precast Solutions is Molins’ business unit specializing in concrete precast solutions. From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you with our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our concrete precast solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring harmonization, standardization, and integration of production processes between ZENET and the various Precast centers, driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and a robust preventive culture embedded in the organization’s DNA—with strong on-site factory presence. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? **Among other responsibilities, the following stand out:** Analyze, compare, and unify processes to ensure their consistency and efficiency. Implement procedures, work methods, and operational standards at the factory. Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Promote health and safety culture at the site, working closely with the Prevention department. Train and support operational teams in adopting new processes. Evaluate and improve production processes (cycle times, methods, waste). Maintain active on-site presence at the factory to identify improvements and risks. Monitor process compliance and ensure their continuous updating. WHAT DO WE OFFER? An excellent opportunity for professional development within a company that is a reference in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. A highly positive work environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. Ongoing company-provided training. Compensation commensurate with experience, expertise, and values contributed. Flexible compensation via Cobee, free telemedicine with Savia, access to Wellhub, a pension plan, and discounts on products and services. **We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:** A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent is essential. Prior experience in an industrial environment—as well as in industrial process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement—is desirable. A proactive individual with high sensitivity to and commitment toward safety, strong planning ability, and results orientation. Advanced analytical thinking oriented toward delivering solutions. Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive change and adoption of new processes. \#LI\-SM1
