Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and areas by displaying an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude. Monitor activities at recreational facilities and respond appropriately according to local operating procedures in case of an emergency. Promote recreational facility rules and regulations. Identify situations where guests cannot safely participate in an activity and report them to a supervisor/manager. Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive. Collect, fold, and stack towels in accordance with company procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; complete safety training and obtain safety certifications. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all fellow team members and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds (11.25 kg) or its equivalent without assistance. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery (e.g., to identify defects). Enter and locate job-related information using computers or point-of-sale systems. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination. Reach above shoulder height and below knee level, including bending, twisting the waist, pulling, and stooping. Move across inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs. Climb up and down service stairs and/or ramps. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. (General Educational Development, GED). Relevant work experience: No relevant work experience required. Supervisory experience: No supervisory experience required.
