Main responsibilities: Process analysis: * Conduct periodic analysis of group processes * Analyze process-related incidents * Present analysis results to team managers * Design KPI monitoring dashboards Project management: * Analyze continuous improvement requests * Propose process and organizational improvements * Implement process measurement tools * Develop process improvement projects * Define and document group-level processes * Support departments in drafting internal processes Requirements: * Engineering education * Graduates from the University of Salamanca within the last four years.
