**Main responsibilities** * Operating motor graders on earthworks and civil engineering projects. * Grading, spreading, and profiling of terrain. * Performing tasks in accordance with the project's technical instructions. * Proper care, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and correct operation of machinery. * Compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. **Requirements** * **Proven experience of 2\-3 years as a motor grader operator.** * Proficiency and autonomy in operating the machine. * Experience in earthworks, site leveling, and/or civil engineering projects. * Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Willingness to travel to various project sites. * **Immediate start.** During the selection process, a **practical technical test** will be conducted to assess your level of proficiency and operational skill with the motor grader.
