Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Maintenance Engineer to provide technical support, perform fault analysis, improve preventive maintenance, and carry out planning, with a focus on continuous improvement. Main responsibilities include providing technical support to the maintenance department in basic fault analysis, improving preventive maintenance, and weekly planning. The role also involves reviewing work orders in the GMAO system, requesting quotations from suppliers, tracking purchase orders, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring incidents. Key responsibilities include identifying repetitive faults, supporting improvements to preventive maintenance, and contributing to better departmental organization. Salary range is determined based on candidate qualifications. * Required Profile: * Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. * 0–2 years of experience in an industrial environment (or internships). * Basic knowledge of maintenance. * Basic Excel skills. * GMAO knowledge is desirable. * Experience dealing with suppliers is desirable. * Prior experience in an industrial environment is desirable. * Competencies in Organization, basic analytical ability, proactivity, and communication.
