The job involves carrying out electromechanical maintenance—both preventive and corrective—for lifting machinery and facilities located at the workshop base. This includes performing inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment tasks on mechanical and electrical components of equipment such as aerial work platforms, motorized scaffolding, and freight elevators. Additionally, the professional will be responsible for assembling modules, conducting load tests, and fully refurbishing equipment prior to dispatch to various construction projects. It is essential to learn and apply the company's established technical protocols to ensure full mastery of machinery operation and its integrated safety systems. Another key aspect of the role involves traveling to construction sites to provide direct technical support, as well as assisting in diagnosing basic faults, working closely with skilled technicians and technical supervisors. The work environment is dynamic and requires constant adaptation between workshop tasks and on-site activities. The contract is permanent with long-term prospects, starting as a Third-Level Technician with a real career path toward promotion to First-Level Technician or Line Supervisor. Base salary follows the Metalworkers’ Collective Agreement, supplemented by overtime pay and a production bonus. Salary and hierarchical evaluations are conducted periodically. Salary is paid in fourteen annual installments. Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00, and Fridays with an intensive schedule from 08:00–15:00\. During July and August, an intensive summer schedule applies. The company provides continuous and specialized training at its expense. A minimum of six months’ experience is required in workshop functions, electromechanical maintenance, general mechanics, or assembly of metallic and industrial structures. A valid driver’s license for cars is mandatory for the subsequent on-site assembly phase. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn the trade, manual dexterity with workshop tools, and strong teamwork ability are highly valued. No specific academic qualification is required, as the company provides occupational risk prevention training and necessary technical specialization. Compulsory Secondary Education is considered the basic educational requirement.
