**Are you a resourceful "handyman" seeking stability in the tourism sector?** We are looking for a responsible, versatile, and detail-oriented person to handle the **comprehensive maintenance** of our portfolio of vacation homes in Torremolinos. Your goal will be to ensure that each property is in perfect condition upon the arrival of our guests. **Your responsibilities will include:** * **Preventive and corrective maintenance:** Minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and blind repairs. * **Incident resolution:** Promptly and effectively addressing technical notifications from guests during their stay. * **Assembly and furnishings:** Occasional furniture assembly and basic inventory control. **What are we looking for?** * **Technical profile:** Basic knowledge or prior experience in household repairs (multiservice). * **Problem-solving and proactivity:** Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously. * **Valid driver's license** (mandatory for traveling between properties). * Basic English proficiency is valued for occasional communication with clients. * **Working hours availability:** The schedule includes **weekends** (peak activity days in the vacation sector). * **Days off:** **Wednesday and Thursday**. **We offer:** * **Permanent full-time contract.** * Immediate integration into a young and dynamic team. * A positive work environment and job stability. **Are you interested in this challenge?** Send us your CV or a summary of your technical experience via private message or email: **ivan@ivirestate.com** We look forward to meeting you!
