Use of facility management software (CMMS/BMS) We are seeking a versatile professional for comprehensive facility maintenance in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of systems in an office building, performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across various areas. The objective is to guarantee operational continuity and property safety. Responsibilities include maintenance of electrical installations, HVAC systems, plumbing, and locksmithing. Critical power systems and fire protection systems will also be supervised, and facility management software (CMMS/BMS) will be utilized. Incidents will be logged and technical reports prepared. Inventory management and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors will be key responsibilities. Professional training in fields such as electrical installations, HVAC, or automation is required, along with at least three years of experience in building maintenance. Knowledge of AutoCAD, a valid Class B driver’s license, and experience with BMS/SCADA systems are desirable. A stable work environment and competitive employment conditions are offered. Vocational Training Certificate in Electrical Installations, HVAC, Automation, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in comprehensive building maintenance. General technical knowledge and user-level office software proficiency. AutoCAD, Class B driver’s license, BMS/SCADA experience, and familiarity with measurement equipment are advantageous.
