Job Description A company specializing in comprehensive maintenance services for a major restaurant chain is seeking to hire a **Comprehensive Maintenance and Commercial Refrigeration Technician** to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across various establishments. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of restaurant facilities and equipment, performing interventions on refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and hospitality machinery systems. Main Responsibilities * Preventive and corrective maintenance of restaurants. * Diagnosis and repair of faults in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. * Maintenance of cold rooms, refrigerated display cabinets, freezers, and industrial kitchen equipment. * Basic electrical and plumbing work, as well as minor general repairs. * Inspection of electrical panels, lighting, air conditioning, and extraction systems. * Logging and tracking of incidents. Essential Requirements * Vocational training in: * Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations. * Electromechanical Maintenance. * Electricity and Electronics. * Or equivalent qualification. * Ability to diagnose faults and resolve technical incidents. * Knowledge of commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, and electricity. * Valid driving license category B. * Willingness to travel within the Valencian Community. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Customer orientation and problem-solving skills. Particularly Valued * Certified Refrigeration Technician according to the Refrigeration Installations Safety Regulation (RSIF). * RITE Certification. * Fluorinated Gases Handling Certificate. * Experience in industrial refrigeration and commercial air conditioning. * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training. * Knowledge of electronics applied to maintenance. * Experience maintaining restaurant chains, retail outlets, or supermarkets. * Availability to perform rotating on-call duties.
