Maintenance personnel are required for a service in Valladolid. Tasks include maintenance of thermal installations using diesel oil and gas, boilers, power distribution panels, autonomous equipment, and domestic hot water storage tanks. Electronic maintenance, security system maintenance, maintenance of mechanical door-opening systems, electrical maintenance from the transformer substation to the low-voltage distribution panel, as well as fire suppression systems, scanners, arc detectors, and water treatment plants (including cleaning, sludge centrifugation, and minor repairs) are also performed. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, under a temporary contract covering vacation periods. Candidates must hold a Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Electricity, HVAC, Refrigeration, or Plumbing, and possess certifications for working at heights, operating elevated work platforms, RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en Edificios), and training in high- and low-voltage systems.
