Job Summary: CBRE-GWS is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician for conductive and preventive maintenance of facilities, performing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs. Key Highlights: 1. The role’s objective is to perform conductive and preventive maintenance according to the scheduled plan. What are we looking for in you? Electrical vocational training qualification (FP) or equivalent. Three years’ experience in the same role. Basic computer literacy. Knowledge of integrated maintenance management software. **Your main responsibilities will be:** Daily inspection of facilities Maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of electrical faults. Incident management via GMAO Execution of the preventive maintenance plan for facilities Supervision of maintenance activities carried out by subcontracted providers. Channeling suggestions, incidents, and daily operational matters related to the maintenance services under your responsibility. Review of equipment and components. Interpretation of refrigeration and electrical schematics. Performing minor repairs (locksmithing, plumbing, etc.). ⭐ What do we offer you?
