At OCEAN Facility Services, a leading company in comprehensive facility maintenance, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineering Manager (Technical Facility Maintenance Manager) to coordinate and optimize the technical operations of our services in Madrid. *️ Your Mission You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of assigned facilities, managing resources, teams, and clients to deliver a high-quality service. Main Responsibilities Supervision and coordination of maintenance technical teams. Planning, monitoring, and control of preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Technical and administrative management of contracts and client services. Monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) and preparation of technical and management reports. Technical support during audits, inspections, and visits with regulatory bodies (OCAs). Proposing improvements in energy efficiency, sustainability, and resource optimization. Requirements Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or similar). Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical management of facility maintenance. Solid knowledge in HVAC, electricity, plumbing, fire protection systems (PCI), and applicable regulations. Leadership, organizational, and customer-oriented skills. Residence in Madrid (mandatory).
