**Location:** Terrassa, Barcelona (Spain). ### **Mission:** Ensure the proper operation, preservation, and maintenance of facilities. ### **KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks assigned by the general maintenance department for facility systems (HVAC, electrical installations, plumbing, etc.). * Perform maintenance tasks for facilities requested by other plant departments. * Conduct corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance on facilities. * Participate in internal failure analysis. ### **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** * Vocational training program in mechanics or electricity, or equivalent, and/or industrial maintenance experience (5 years). * Basic knowledge of electricity and HVAC. * Preferred qualifications: + Basic computer skills (MS Office). + Basic knowledge of gas installations. + Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and/or mechanics.
