We are seeking personnel for an industrial production team. The role involves supporting the machine operator throughout the entire production process, especially at the end of the line: handling materials, packaging, preparing products for shipment, moving coils, palletizing and labeling—ensuring quality and traceability. Collaboration in sheet metal feeding is also required. We require a methodical, organized individual capable of following instructions and maintaining a steady pace. Communication skills are valued. Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). The company offers continuous training. The work environment is dynamic, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) on a cycle of six working days followed by four days off. Permanent direct contract. Annual gross salary: 28\.273,56 euros. Residence in the Anoia region and own vehicle to commute to the facility in Calaf. Residence in the Anoia region and possession of a personal vehicle.
