Each day, our team at the Villanueva de la Cañada factory prepares ultra-fresh products: sushi, onigiri, poké bowls, … and other recipes inspired by Asian snacking. **Fish Preparation:** * Monitor salmon and manage it in the thawing room * Cut fish * Roll sushi according to preparation instructions * Label and pack into boxes **For each stage:** * Ensure traceability and production monitoring * Verify production quality and notify supervisor in case of issues * Comply with hygiene requirements and clean your work area * Comply with safety requirements and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) We seek a dynamic, responsible individual eager to work as a Production Operator in a professional and organized environment.
