We aim to welcome into our team a committed Waiter Assistant dedicated to delivering friendly, attentive, and high-quality service to our guests. As a Waiter Assistant, you will collaborate with the dining room team in preparing and executing the hotel’s various food and beverage services, contributing to making each guest experience efficient, well-organized, and memorable. Main responsibilities * Prepare and set up service areas for the Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, and other food and beverage venues. * Set up and dismantle tables, terraces, and service stations. * Support the waitstaff in food and beverage service. * Transport orders from the kitchen and bar to the various service areas. * Restock tableware, glassware, cutlery, beverages, and other necessary supplies. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper arrangement of work areas. * Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and dining room teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service. * Attend to guests’ basic needs with courtesy and professionalism. * Comply with the hotel’s established service, hygiene, and safety standards. Requirements * Prior experience as a Waiter Assistant in hotels, restaurants, or other food and beverage establishments will be valued. * Good personal appearance, positive attitude, and customer orientation. * Ability to work effectively in a team and perform well during peak activity periods. * Organized, dynamic, and responsible individual. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Basic knowledge of English and other languages will be valued. * Passion for hospitality and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
