Integration into a serious, long-term industrial project. **CNC Lathe Operator** =============== We need to hire a person to perform the duties of an experienced CNC Lathe Operator who masters their work and operates autonomously on the machine. Location: REUS If you enjoy working autonomously on the machine, interpreting drawings, preparing parts, and genuinely getting involved in the process, this position is worth reading. We need to hire one lathe operator proficient in Fanuc CNC systems and another proficient in Mazatrol programming language. ### **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and programming of CNC lathes. * Operation using Fanuc and Mazatrol controls. * Machining of single parts and short/medium production runs. * Adjustment of dimensions, offsets, and parameters. * Interpretation of drawings and part verification. * Continuous process improvement together with the technical team. ### **Requirements:** * Preparation and programming of CNC lathes. * Autonomous, from-scratch programming on Fanuc and/or Mazatrol controls. * Adjustment to H7 tolerance. * Interpretation of drawings and part verification. ### **What We Offer:** * Integration into a serious, long-term industrial project. * Intensive morning shift Monday to Friday (07:00–15:00). * Technical work, variety of parts, and real autonomy. * Negotiable salary within the range of 30\-36k If you are looking for a stable project, with above-sector salary and real potential to increase your income, this position may suit you.
