We are seeking personnel to operate thermoforming machinery, a key process in the manufacturing of plastic parts. Tasks include preparing and starting up equipment, feeding materials, and monitoring parameters such as temperature, cycle time, and pressure to ensure stable and efficient production. Each finished part must be visually inspected, and those exhibiting bubbles, irregular thicknesses, or material shortages must be set aside. After molding, parts are removed, excess edges are trimmed, and they are organized for storage. Basic maintenance tasks are also performed, such as cleaning molds and reporting any issues to the responsible team to prevent downtime. The contract is temporary and full-time. Work takes place in a dynamic industrial environment where the priority is meeting production volumes and required quality standards. Applicants must hold a Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or a similar industrial specialty. Advanced and practical knowledge of applied electromechanics is essential. Candidates must have availability and prior experience working rotating shifts, which may include morning, afternoon, and night shifts according to the company's established work schedule. The ability to read technical drawings and follow standardized operating procedures will be considered an advantage.
