If so, Escampa Hotels is seeking a **RECEPTIONIST** for our **HOTEL NM SUITES**, located in **Platja d'Aro**. **Immediate availability for incorporation is essential.** **WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Manage check-in and check-out, ensuring a warm and efficient experience for our guests. * Attend to customer requests, providing information about services, local activities, and reservations. * Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring service quality and consistency. * Handle mail, telephone calls, and coordination among the hotel’s different departments. * Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism, always aiming for customer satisfaction. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Temporary contract until October, with potential extension. * Full-time schedule + 2 consecutive days off per week. * Salary starting at 2000€ gross/month. * Subsidized staff cafeteria service. * Discounts at group hotels. * Discounts on household products, appliances, technology, travel, insurance, etc. **Requirements:** --------------- * Immediate availability to start. * Fluent French and English.
