TERCIA CORPORATION is a leading HR company specialized in the hospitality industry. We are seeking a Recruitment Technician to join our office in Barcelona. If you are proactive, experienced in the sector, and eager to make a difference, this is your moment! Your role will be key to ensuring the success of our office — from talent selection to customer service. These are some of your responsibilities: \- Analyze the job description provided by clients and define the required candidate profiles. \- Post job openings on portals and contact employment centers and/or job boards as needed. \- Conduct recruitment interviews, both by phone and in person. \- Provide direct service to clients and candidates, ensuring a satisfactory experience. \- Update and maintain the candidate database. \- Request, manage, and archive documentation. ### **Requirements** \- 2\- 3 years of experience in temporary staffing agencies (ETT) and/or consulting, preferably in the hospitality industry. \- Residence in Barcelona city or nearby areas. \- Immediate availability.
