With wounds healed, the house in order, and proof of what the pack can achieve when fully committed.** **Today, Ucademy is a team of over 160 people helping thousands of students prepare for civil service exams (Polaris), university entrance exams (Atlas), and vocational training (Explora FP), combining pedagogy, technology, and AI.** **+160 people in the UTeam | +15,000 active students | eNPS 90 — Recognized as the Best Startup to Work For in 2024.** **WHO WE ARE** **We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist because, to keep building and rowing forward in this boat, we need someone passionate about people — someone who connects uniquely with every candidate and future jungle animal, and who knows how to identify the best talent out there.** **WHAT YOUR WORK WILL LOOK LIKE** * **Talent hunting: filtering, mapping, and reaching out to the top profiles out there.** * **Speed to candidate: contacting candidates as soon as possible to convey our energy and accelerate the process.** * **Interviews & screening: getting to know candidates, evaluating their "Ucademy Fit", and identifying their potential within the team.** * **Candidate experience: caring for each person throughout the entire selection process to ensure a 10/10 experience.** * **Shadowing & mentoring: working side-by-side with the team to learn our methodology, job ad copy, and hiring strategy.** **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU** * **You deeply share our values: be wild, be pack, go all-in.** * **You’re passionate about people and recruitment — zero corporate posturing; here, we care about real people.** * **You’re curious, sharp, and naturally gifted at connecting with others.** * **An extroverted, fast-thinking, organized person unafraid to pick up the phone or send a video message on LinkedIn.** * **At least 2 years of experience in recruiting & hiring.
