As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to reinforce our team with a Tactical Communications Systems Engineer.
What will you do?
Define and manage system and product requirements for ESSOR MIDS tactical radio solutions.
Participate in systems engineering activities throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Develop technical specifications, design documentation, and requirement traceability.
Coordinate technical interfaces among hardware, software, radiofrequency, and communications.
Perform functional analyses, requirement validation, and support integration and acceptance activities.
Manage requirements using tools such as DOORS and ensure proper traceability.
Participate in defining architectures for embedded and avionic communications systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams following applicable development methodologies and standards.

* Minimum 4 years of experience.
* Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
* Experience in systems engineering applied to the development of complex products.
* Knowledge of embedded communications systems, avionics, or aircraft-installed equipment.
* Experience managing requirements using DOORS or equivalent tools.
* Familiarity with systems engineering standards (INCOSE, IEEE 15288/15289, or MIL\-STD\-498\).
* Advanced level of English.
