**Supply Planning Analyst**

Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC) plays a vital role in delivering life-saving therapies globally within Care Enablement. With over 35 manufacturing centers and 23 distribution centers, MSC ensures reliable production and distribution of high-quality hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and acute care devices, reaching patients in approximately 150 countries.
The team oversees the entire supply chain—from manufacturing to delivery—focusing on operational excellence, product availability, and continuous improvement to meet evolving patient and healthcare provider needs. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide!
As a Supply Planning Analyst, your role will focus on coordinating and managing clinic supply, optimizing inventory levels through demand and forecast analysis, ensuring compliance with corporate Supply Chain policies, and contributing to continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities:
**Clinic Supply**
* Plan and coordinate supply for all Fresenius Medical Care clinics.
* Ensure availability of critical materials and prevent stockouts.
* Coordinate replenishment needs with clinic managers.
* Monitor supply incidents and define corrective actions.
* Coordinate the launch of new products or reference changes.
**Inventory Management**
* Monitor inventory levels daily.
* Define and review minimum, maximum, and safety stock levels.
* Analyze material turnover and identify obsolete or low-usage items.
* Lead initiatives to reduce excess inventory without compromising service levels.
* Participate in physical inventories and stock reconciliations.
**Forecasting and Demand Planning**
* Develop and maintain consumption forecasts using historical data, trends, and operational requirements.
* Periodically review forecasts with Operations, Clinics, and Supply Chain.
* Adjust procurement plans based on consumption evolution.
* Analyze variances between forecast and actual consumption.
* Identify supply risks and propose contingency plans.
**Analysis and Continuous Improvement**
* Prepare periodic KPI reports.
* Analyze procurement and inventory metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
* Participate in process optimization and digitalization projects.
* Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
* Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and quality regulations.
Your profile:
* University degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
* Organized, results-oriented, skilled in negotiation, detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative, team-oriented, flexible, change-management capable, with healthcare industry knowledge
* Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP IBP, SAP P25 (APO), SAP Purchasing and Planning
* English at least B2 level; Portuguese desirable but not mandatory
