Today, Sephora continues to challenge conventions to advance its mission: To foster a world of inspiration and inclusion where everyone can celebrate their beauty. **We are opening a position to join our Iberia Supply Chain team as a Demand Planner, specifically responsible for:** **Demand Forecasting \& Planning:** * Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts at product, channel, and market levels. * Analyze sales history, seasonality, trends, promotional activity, product launches, and other business variables to improve forecast accuracy. * Review forecast deviations and exceptions, adjusting demand plans based on quantitative analysis and business inputs. * Build an accurate and reliable demand view that contributes to optimizing product availability, inventory, and commercial performance. **Commercial Collaboration and Business Alignment:** * Collaborate closely with Category Management / Offer, Marketing, Retail, E\-commerce, and Finance teams to integrate commercial plans into demand forecasts. * Analyze and validate assumptions related to launches, promotions, brand activations, events, and other commercial initiatives. * Participate in demand review meetings and contribute to the S\&OP process by identifying risks, opportunities, and proposing actions. **Launches, Promotions, and Key Commercial Periods:** * Prepare forecasts for new product launches, promotional campaigns, brand activations, and key commercial periods. * Monitor actual sales against forecast during critical moments and update forecasts as needed. * Coordinate phase\-in and phase\-out assumptions to support product availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence risks. **Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement:** * Track and analyze key Demand Planning KPIs, including forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and forecast value added. * Identify deviations, root causes, and improvement opportunities by category, brand, SKU, and sales channel. * Keep planning parameters, assumptions, and master data up to date in forecasting tools and ERP systems. * Produce periodic reports and translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for various stakeholders. * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, systems, and data quality within the Demand Planning cycle. **Required Skills and Competencies:** * Highly analytical and numerical profile, capable of working with large volumes of data and transforming them into clear, actionable conclusions. * Solid knowledge of demand forecasting, statistical analysis, seasonality, and inventory management concepts. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple categories, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. * Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to work cross-functionally across diverse stakeholders. * Collaborative, solution-oriented, curious, and business-focused profile. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. **Tools and Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Experience with Demand Planning tools, ERP systems, and/or Business Intelligence platforms. * Knowledge of **SAP, JDA, Anaplan, Power BI**, or equivalent tools is highly valued. * Understanding of forecasting, data analysis, and core Demand Planning KPIs. **Required Experience:** **2\-4 years of experience** in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Business Analysis, Supply Chain Planning, or similar analytical roles is required.
