YOUR NEW ROLE We are seeking a STORE MANAGER for our FLAGSHIP STORE IN BARCELONA. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage daily store operations, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling. * Oversee inventory, sales promotions, and maintenance of store appearance. * Implement marketing and financial management strategies under the guidance of the regional and/or district store management. * Ensure execution of all organizational policies at the store level to achieve projected sales and profitability goals. * Advise and lead departmental management to resolve operational issues and improve departmental performance and working conditions.
