Our partner, an international business group, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to drive the expansion of its technology platform. This is not a replacement role. This position is critical to strengthening the team and supporting the company's rapid growth through entry into new international markets, integration with new logistics providers, and expansion onto marketplaces. You will have direct impact on the construction and evolution of a complex ecosystem, including enterprise applications, e\-commerce, dropshipping, and logistics integrations. The Challenge and the Team You will report directly to the CTO within a development team that will grow to approximately six people. You will work on a platform managing products, inventory, pricing, orders, invoicing, logistics, and cross\-system automations. Our partner stands out for its high degree of automation and technical stack sophistication in PHP. The core of the platform is built on PHP 8\.x and Symfony 7/8, actively applying Domain\-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and hexagonal architecture. They use SAGAS to orchestrate complex processes and ensure seamless integration across all systems. We are looking for someone who does not merely implement tickets, but who understands the business problem, participates in solution design, takes end\-to\-end ownership of features, and becomes a technical reference point. Here, product building and evolution are the central focus. Responsibilities As a Senior Full Stack Developer, your key responsibilities will include: Designing and developing critical features for our B2C platform using PHP 8\.x and Symfony 7/8\. Applying DDD, CQRS, and hexagonal architecture principles in solution design, implementing Commands, Queries, Handlers, Workflows, and Events. Building and maintaining robust REST APIs, and integrating the platform with marketplaces, international logistics providers, ERP, CRM, and other external services. Actively participating in the platform’s expansion into new countries and markets, contributing to the product’s strategic vision. Researching and resolving complex issues spanning multiple system layers—from frontend to infrastructure. Taking full ownership of features—from business requirement gathering through to production deployment—including architecture, domain logic, and testing. Collaborating closely with the CTO and other teams to translate business needs into elegant, maintainable technical solutions. Requirements We seek a candidate with a solid track record and passion for technical excellence: Proven experience as a Senior PHP Developer with deep expertise in Symfony 7/8 and PHP 8\.x. Practical, hands\-on experience with Domain\-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and hexagonal architecture. It is essential to be able to explain how you have implemented these in complex projects. Ability to design, develop, and maintain high\-quality REST APIs. Strong knowledge and experience with Doctrine ORM/DBAL, relational databases (MySQL), and SQL. Familiarity with a modern frontend framework—ideally Vue 3\. Experience with React or Angular is valued if accompanied by a strong backend foundation and adaptability. Experience working on large, functionally complex applications involving numerous refactorings, automations, and system integrations. Ability to understand an existing codebase, investigate end\-to\-end issues, and build upon current patterns. A proactive mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders, contribute ideas, and justify decisions. Experience with tools such as Git and Docker.
