You will be the team’s technical reference and the person ensuring end\-to\-end architectural coherence, upholding the quality standards and technical excellence that define us. #### **What are we looking for?** * Proven seniority in software architecture roles, with a practical (*hands\-on*) development focus. * Technical leadership ability to guide multidisciplinary teams in agile environments. * Strong capability to make sound technical decisions in ambiguous contexts, balancing cost, risk, and system evolution. * Strategic vision to separate business interests from specific technologies, avoiding unnecessary coupling to vendors or particular models. * Demonstrated experience technically leading software projects in complex, high\-demand enterprise environments. * Clear communication skills to align technical and business stakeholders around architectural decisions. #### **Responsibilities** * **End\-to\-end architecture design:** define the product’s technical structure, service orchestration, and communication protocols between core components and external systems. * **Technical leadership:** resolve critical inter\-component dependencies, define interface contracts, and supervise implementation coherence across both frontend and backend. * **Technical alignment:** ensure development adheres to corporate architecture guidelines, including integration layers, observability, and security standards. * **Integration governance:** take ownership of integration contracts with external services and processing agents, ensuring efficient and scalable runtime consumption. * **Data management:** oversee integration of advanced information retrieval (*retrieval*) capabilities and ensure the product acts as a robust data consumer. #### **You must have experience in:** * **Java and Spring Boot (3\.x):** expert proficiency in building robust microservices. * **Python:** solid knowledge. * **Microservices architecture:** design, deployment, and management of microservice ecosystems. * **API management:** API design and governance, asynchronous communication protocols, and API Management tools. * **Containers and orchestration:** OpenShift and Docker for application deployment. * **Security and identity management:** role\-based security and modern protocols (OIDC/OAuth2\) via Keycloak. * **Observability:** distributed tracing and audit logging using standards such as OpenTelemetry. #### **Why Paradigma?** **Freedom with responsibility** We trust people to organize their work flexibly, supporting a healthy balance between personal and professional life—without losing sight of our goals and the impact of our work.
