Job Summary: We are seeking a Second Maître to direct and plan activities, ensure high-quality service, advise on products, and supervise restaurant/bar facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise on the food and wine menu Catalonia Hotels & Resorts is a multinational hotel chain. It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 75 establishments across more than 20 different destinations, and is actively expanding. CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS is seeking a young professional to join the team of the MOLINA LARIO hotel, located in the heart of Málaga, as Second Maître. **Main responsibilities include:** * Direct, plan, and carry out all activities within their department. * Responsible for ensuring high-quality, professional, and efficient service to customers. * Knowledgeable about and able to advise on various items on the food and wine menu. * Responsible for greeting guests, escorting them, and assigning tables. * Gather feedback on customer satisfaction during service. * Supervise the setup and restocking of meeting rooms or other event spaces. * Maintain restaurant/bar facilities in perfect condition. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a waiter in events and à la carte service. * Advanced English + Other languages are an asset. * Outgoing personality, with a passion for customer service and strong personal presence. Dynamic and organized individual. * Customer-oriented, positive attitude. * Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Education in hospitality.
