If, when you see a problem, you don’t wait for it to explode—but anticipate it… If you feel comfortable speaking with business stakeholders—not just with admins… and if Salesforce, for you, is a tool serving strategy… This role is for you: here, we don’t seek perfection—we seek attitude and judgment. **Your mission** Design functional Salesforce solutions that truly improve how the business operates. That means: * Understanding processes before touching them. * Asking uncomfortable questions when something doesn’t make sense. * Translating real needs into scalable configurations. * Ensuring implemented solutions are adopted. **What you’ll do here:** Lead from analysis * Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders. * Identify risks before they become problems. * Spot opportunities for process and user experience optimization. * Propose improvements—not just execute requirements. Design functional solutions with judgment * Define data models, automations, and business rules. * Configure Salesforce using a low\-code approach (Flows, objects, permissions). * Design hybrid solutions alongside development teams when needed. * Document clearly: user stories, use cases, processes. Additionally, during summer (June 22 to September 11) and Christmas (December 21 to January 8), we work from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. **This role is for you if:** * You have worked for more than 2 years as a Salesforce Functional Consultant on real projects (not just support). * You possess solid Salesforce knowledge—especially how to leverage the platform to optimize and transform commercial processes—with interest in continuing to develop expertise in this technology. * You feel comfortable communicating with business stakeholders. * You know how to organize yourself when juggling multiple priorities. * You can move forward even when you don’t have all the information. * Your focus is on the end user’s experience. * You don’t limit yourself to execution—you propose. * *Mandatory: Fluent English and Spanish, with ability to interact with international teams.*
