Description
Some positions are managed from an office.
Others are led where things actually happen.
At **SiLosTienes**, we are looking for a person to lead the **Cáceres Delegation** of a company in the food distribution sector. We seek a profile with commercial vision, management capability, and, above all, a hands-on leadership style—close to the team, customers, and day-to-day business operations.
We are not looking for someone who supervises from afar. We seek **someone who gets involved, accompanies, organizes, and drives forward**.
**What will you do on a daily basis?**
Your mission will be to coordinate the delegation’s activities, ensuring both smooth operation and growth. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading daily operations, staying close to the team and supporting on-the-ground work.
* Coordinating and supervising commercial activities in the region, ensuring agile and high-quality service.
* Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers while also identifying new business opportunities.
* Organizing daily work, ensuring the team and processes function effectively.
* Monitoring activities, resolving incidents, and contributing to the delegation’s operation with clarity, rhythm, and order.
* Collaborating closely with headquarters—the source of product supply—to ensure seamless, well-integrated operations.
**Why join this challenge?**
* Because you will assume a role with **real responsibility**, directly impacting the delegation’s performance and results.
* Because it is a position for someone who enjoys combining **management, commercial activity, and fieldwork**, without limiting themselves to just one aspect.
* Because you will join a company with **established operations** and a business model closely aligned with market realities.
* Because you will receive an **indefinite contract** within a stable, long-term project.
* Because your compensation will match your experience and level of responsibility.
**Affinity Test!**
To truly enjoy this role, the following are essential:
* A leadership style that is approachable, practical, and solution-oriented.
* Comfort managing people and operations through personal example and active involvement.
* A commercial mindset and ease in building trusted relationships.
* Enjoyment in balancing strategic vision with day-to-day presence.
* Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments, prioritizing, deciding, and reacting promptly.
To succeed, you must bring the following to the table:
* Prior experience in team coordination and warehouse management roles, preferably within distribution, food, or commercial operations.
* Operational and commercial management capability.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Willingness to work onsite in Cáceres.
* Valid driver’s license.
Bonus points:
* Previous experience in fresh product or food distribution.
* Familiarity with the commercial landscape of the Cáceres area.
* Experience in contexts where pace, customer proximity, and daily operations are critical.
