We are seeking a Quality Manager for a food processing plant in Tudela. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising all quality management systems and protocols, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations. They will also prepare for and successfully pass audits to maintain sector certifications. The position includes supervision of quality control from raw material receipt through to final product delivery, verifying packaging and labeling processes. Additionally, the professional will provide technical advice to operations, logistics, and management departments on quality-related matters. Their work will focus on continuous improvement—analyzing data, identifying trends, and proposing enhancements to optimize product efficiency and safety. Communication with suppliers and customers will also be critical to ensure that the entire supply chain meets required standards. Candidates must be meticulous and capable of working in a dynamic environment, prioritizing traceability and food safety. A university degree in Agricultural Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of four years of experience in quality-related leadership roles within industrial or agri-food sector quality departments is essential. Candidates must be proficient in managing food quality regulations, including ISO standards, the HACCP system, and other international certifications specific to the sector. Advanced proficiency in quality management tools, process analysis, and definition of key performance indicators is also required. Leadership ability, analytical problem-solving skills, and effective communication in a multidisciplinary environment are highly valued.
