Through a clear three-year strategy, process-oriented work, multidisciplinary teams, and people development. **What We Offer** ---------------- * Indefinite-term contract within a rapidly growing company with long-term prospects. * Personal and professional development within a young and experienced team. * Work-life balance and flexibility across many areas as a company policy. * Annual development interviews to receive continuous feedback. **What We Require** ------------------- * Report deviations and non-conformities to the responsible person and analyze them using quality analysis tools. * Raise team awareness regarding the importance of quality in their tasks. * Keep job-specific quality documentation up to date. * Support the Purchasing Manager in managing indicators and incidents. * Support FMEAs: maintain updated FMEAs for new production processes and collaborate on them. * Manage internal calibrations and maintain control over process equipment (identify and communicate procurement needs). * Propose improvements to teams and processes. * Develop inspection plans. * Communicate and handle product-related incidents, alerts, and non-conformities raised by customers. * Participate in 8D management: manage and respond to 8D reports. * Perform daily internal rejection analysis (clinical). * Conduct internal audits: “genba walk”. * Collaborate with the Systems Manager during internal audits. * Prepare dimensional reports: interpret drawings, measure, report, and send to recipients. * Documentation: create and modify Control Plans (CPs), link them to the Routing Plan (RP), and maintain job-specific documentation. * Focus on training and raising awareness about the importance of quality. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Proactive individual** * **Ability and willingness to learn** * **Proficiency in office software** * **Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred** * **Fluency in English, Basque, and Spanish (spoken and written)** * **Lean Manufacturing and 5S knowledge desirable** **SKILLS** * Minimum 2 years managing quality documentation and NOKs * Minimum 1 year in Calibration and Metrology **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle **JOIN A GREAT FAMILY.** ------------------------------------ AGUI consists of a large team of highly qualified professionals with extensive sector experience.
