As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are seeking to hire a **Quality Assurance Testing Engineer** for our team.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:
* Analyzing contractual requirements, client specifications, applicable regulations, and internal standards.
* Defining technical and quality criteria applicable during project execution.
* Preparing and reviewing quality specifications, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection and testing procedures, protocols, checklists, and acceptance criteria.
* Establishing quality requirements for suppliers and subcontractors.
* Reviewing technical and quality documentation provided by manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Ensuring, together with Engineering, Construction, and Procurement teams, the correct application of requirements on-site and across the supply chain.
* Standardizing and improving corporate procedures and documentation.
Occasionally, you may also support:
* Management and tracking of non-conformities (NCRs).
* Tracking of corrective and preventive actions.
* Documentation management and preparation of the final Quality Dossier.
* On-site Quality team support.
**Requirements**:
* Engineering degree or related technical vocational training.
* Experience in Quality, Engineering, or Project Management within EPC, industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
* Experience developing ITPs, procedures, specifications, and quality plans.
* Ability to interpret drawings, regulations, and contractual requirements, as well as to define inspection, testing, and acceptance criteria.
* Proficiency in office software and document management tools.
* Technical English proficiency.
* Experience in photovoltaic or BESS projects, and training in QA/QC, construction, or EPC projects will be highly valued.
