Oxigent Technologies is seeking a **TECHNICAL PURCHASER** to join an **industrial procurement management project** located in **Madrid**.
If selected, your mission will be to **manage the full industrial procurement cycle—from completion of engineering design through to purchase order issuance**, working within a structured environment oriented toward execution and technical negotiation.
**What will be your main responsibilities?**
* **Analysis of requisitions** for requesting quotations and selecting suppliers to consult.
* **Preparation, issuance, and follow-up** of quotation requests and their specific terms.
* **Commercial and economic tabulation analysis** of vendor quotations, adjusting commercial terms and conditions.
* **Procurement negotiations** with suppliers (commercial terms, guarantees, warranty periods, and technical oversight).
**What qualifications do you need?**
* **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering** (preferably Industrial Engineering). Candidates with degrees in Business Administration (ADE) or similar fields will only be considered if they demonstrate strong **technical competence**.
* **1 to 5 years of experience** in **technical purchasing roles within industrial, engineering, or EPC environments** (experience in mining or other industrial sectors is valued).
* **Native/bilingual Spanish** and **English B2 level**.
* **Advanced knowledge** of **commercial management, international trade**, and **technical materials/equipment**.
