We are seeking a psychologist to provide support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residence in Torrelaguna (Madrid) and in supported housing in Guadalajara. The role focuses on promoting emotional and psychological well-being, enhancing quality of life, fostering autonomy, and supporting personal development for each individual. Responsibilities include psychological assessment and evaluation, designing and monitoring individualized care plans, and supporting the definition of personal goals using a person-centered approach. Family guidance is also provided; programs aimed at strengthening adaptive skills and emotional well-being are developed; and both individual and group interventions are conducted. Technical reports are prepared, and coordination takes place with an interdisciplinary team and external resources to promote social inclusion and community participation. A training and apprenticeship contract is offered, with an estimated salary between 24\.001 and 30\.000 euros.
