Production Supervisor

️‍️ At **Grupo Lumon**, we are seeking a **Production Supervisor** to lead the team at our Antequera plant. You will be a key figure in the daily management of production, driving safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and people development. **Your mission** * Lead and coordinate the production team during daily operations. * Ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets. * Plan shifts, resources, and task assignments. * Monitor production KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. * Promote a safety culture and compliance with procedures. * Drive team training, integration, and development. * ️ Participate in incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with planning, logistics, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure operational efficiency. **What we are looking for in you?** * Technical/professional education or equivalent experience in industrial environments.
