We are seeking a production operator for an industrial environment dedicated to manufacturing through blow molding processes. The job involves operating specialized machinery, preparing raw materials, and monitoring equipment operation to transform them into finished products. Periodic quality checks are also performed to ensure production meets technical specifications. The position is carried out within a dynamic team, where coordination among colleagues and supervisors is essential to maintain a smooth, safe, and efficient workflow. The role combines physical effort with practical knowledge, and defined protocols are followed for each task, with constant attention to operational details. The contract is weekly, with a high possibility of conversion to a longer-term contract based on performance. It entails 40 weekly hours, Monday to Friday, on rotating shifts: morning shift from 6:00 to 14:00, afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00, and night shift from 22:00 to 6:00\. The gross salary is 15.16 euros per hour. The company provides specific training, personal protective equipment, and an onboarding support process to facilitate integration into the team.
