Production/Laboratory Operator

Description

We are seeking personnel for production and laboratory roles at a leading company in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical sector located in Miñano. Responsibilities will include producing goods according to required standards, performing controls and inspections both during and at the end of the process. Process parameters, control results, and final product inspection outcomes must be documented in detail. Additionally, you will ensure proper operation of facilities and equipment, participate in their maintenance, and promptly report any incidents. Ensuring correct handling, marking, and labeling of products, as well as understanding and following relevant technical procedures and instructions, is essential. The position offers an initial contract of approximately three months through an ETT, with potential subsequent direct employment by the company. Working hours are daytime shifts, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours distributed across two rotating 8-hour shifts per day. The gross annual salary is €21,100, equivalent to €12.04 per hour. * Secondary-level education in a related field, such as Laboratory Technician, and/or proven experience in production or laboratory work. * Experience in facility and equipment maintenance, knowledge of laboratory safety, laboratory techniques, and office software will be valued. * A personal vehicle is required to commute to the Miñano Technology Park, as there is no public transportation available. * Immediate incorporation is possible.
