Work in controlled cold environments and adherence to quality procedures. In Getafe, we are seeking personnel for order picking at a company in the meat industry. The position is based in a warehouse with controlled temperatures: refrigerated areas between 4 and 8 degrees Celsius, and freezing zones between \-24 and \-22 degrees Celsius. Main responsibilities include managing orders via radio-frequency terminals, operating electric or manual pallet trucks, and ensuring each order is correctly separated for its dispatch route. It is essential to maintain high product handling quality and verify quantities. Additionally, warehouse organization and waste management (plastics, cardboard, labels) must be maintained. Inventory participation occurs occasionally. Initial employment is temporary through a temporary employment agency (ETT), with potential permanent integration depending on performance. Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in the meat sector, is required. Training or experience in operating radio-frequency terminals and handling pallet trucks is mandatory. The ability to work in intense cold environments and follow strict quality and safety procedures is highly valued.
