




Job Summary: As part of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for order picking, preparation, and quality control, managing incidents and reporting in-store. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute order picking and preparation with detail and precision. 2. Apply quality controls to ensure product condition and preservation. 3. Report and resolve incidents occurring during order preparation. As a member of the Supply Chain team, based in-store and reporting to the Order Coordinator and the Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Execute order picking and preparation in picking trolleys with maximum detail and precision to avoid product shortages and/or overages. * Apply established quality controls for each product type (temperature, expiry date, presentation, etc.), ensuring their condition and preservation. * Report product stockouts or discrepancies in-store and/or back-of-store (if applicable). * Report incidents occurring during order preparation to the Order Coordinator. * Resolve incidents by following established procedures (substitution, restocking, price adjustment, product replacement, etc.). * Record each action taken during order preparation and upon completion, using the terminal. We would love to meet you if you have: * Compulsory Secondary Education or Medium- or Higher-Level Vocational Training (FP). * Valid Type B driving license held for at least 2 years. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in last-mile delivery or operating cargo vehicles. * Experience in order and inventory management. * Proficiency with GPS and navigation apps.
