The main responsibilities include: * Check-in/Check-out. * Control and reading of room keys. * Safe deposit box rentals. * Cash reconciliation and handover to the colleague on the next shift. * Full responsibility for all matters arising during the assigned working hours. • Incident management (but not resolution). * Luggage handling. * Room changes. * Mail management. * Room sales. * Management of switchboard calls. * Supervision of bell staff under direct responsibility. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in a similar role. * Tourism-related studies. * Advanced English + other languages are valued. * Customer orientation. * SAP knowledge is highly desirable.
