Multiskilled laundry supervisor position in Seville. Duties include daily team management—scheduling shifts and organizing workloads—as well as production distribution. You will also handle customer service and retention, manage cash handling and inventory, perform professional stain removal and ironing, and supervise quality control alongside final bagging. We seek a service-minded individual with excellent interpersonal skills, high standards for results, and strong commitment to team objectives. Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate the team are essential. We offer an indefinite-term full-time employment contract, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts (40 hours per week, aligned with shopping center operating hours) and a monthly salary of 1\.221 euros.
