Job Summary: We are seeking a metalworker to join our structural metal production team, operating industrial machinery, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring quality control. We are looking for production operators to work at an industrial company in Algete specializing in the design and fabrication of metal structures. The position involves integration into various production areas: CNC machining (boring machines), metal cutting, sheet metal bending, and surface treatment via shot blasting. Responsibilities include operating industrial machinery, CNC machining of metal parts, cutting and bending operations, shot blasting, interpretation of technical drawings, quality control, basic maintenance, and supporting production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards. An initial temporary contract of three months is offered, extendable by another three months, followed by potential indefinite employment. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week within a stable project. Annual gross salary starts at 21\.800 euros, with potential to reach between 23\.000 and 25\.000 euros depending on experience and performance. Prior experience in industrial environments or the metal sector is required; experience in CNC, cutting, bending, or shot blasting is highly desirable, as are knowledge of technical drawings and operation of industrial machinery. Candidates must be responsible, committed, and capable of working effectively in a team. * Vocational Training in Mechanical Manufacturing or related field. * Experience in CNC machining and boring machines. * Knowledge of metrology and dimensional control. * Proficiency in CAD/CAM software. * Experience in metallic surface treatment.
