Our office is located at the **Lidering Cornellà** facilities. Your mission will be to advise and provide technical support at the application engineering level, both to customers and internally. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Address and resolve technical inquiries from both internal and external customers. * Provide timely on-site assistance and advice to customers to optimize the application of their product range. * **Accompany the sales team on occasional visits** to provide technical support and gather first-hand market information. * Track **product complaints** and **contribute to their resolution**. * **Design and deliver training to sales teams** regarding their product range and applications. * **Prepare technical documentation** and content for product databases, catalogs, commercial materials, etc. * **Establish product quality standards** (assignment sheets, inspection guidelines, drawings, quality certificates). * Participate in supplier selection and evaluation. * Define, measure, and **update KPIs**, ensuring compliance with standards. * **Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Office software, Microsoft Apps \+ sketching parts**, technical inquiries, general technical documentation, maintaining databases, etc. * In general, collaborate with the team and carry out any other activities related to the above to fulfill the mission. * Apply the environmental criteria and procedures defined by the organization in carrying out technical activities under your responsibility, contributing to the prevention of environmental impacts, efficient use of resources, and compliance with applicable environmental requirements. **What do we expect from you?** We are looking for a customer-oriented individual who enjoys working in a team, possesses strong communication skills and influence. * Minimum required qualification: **Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering** (other degrees considered an asset). * Knowledge of RP system: **Business Central** is considered an asset. * **English: minimum B2 level** (spoken and written). * **Advanced proficiency in industrial design and drafting tools** (CAD, SolidWorks). * Knowledge and/or **experience in mechanical seals or fluid transfer** is considered an asset. * **Willingness to travel occasionally**, including overnight stays. **What do we offer?** We seek long-term stability within our team, so we offer a **permanent contract.** Working hours are from 8:00 to 18:00 (with flexible start and end times), and Fridays until 14:00.
